Simply put, I’m a beauty blogger who calls it like it is. Yes, I”ll be the one to tell you if you’re wearing too much blush or the wrong shade of foundation, and would expect you do to the same! Known as The Beauty Bug to my readers, I’m always in constant pursuit of the latest and greatest, life-changing beauty product, and will try anything once in the name of beauty. While I haven’t found that “it” product quite yet, I’m enjoying the journey and the process.
My addiction began early in life when I frequented the drugstore every week to purchase multiple tubes of Frosted Peppermint Pink lipstick. Fast forward 20 years, and not much has changed.
I started this site in late 2006 as both a creative outlet and a way to keep myself up to date with the very latest beauty and personal care products. Three years later, my apartment is now overflowing with beauty products and I’m loving it…
In the times where the I’m is not buzzing around the internet looking for the latest and greatest news in makeup, high end personal care products, skin care and other beauty products, I work as a film publicist. My other interests include watching the Boston Red Sox dominate the Major Leagues (as I writes my posts), The Millionaire Matchmaker, The TODAY Show, Cesar Milan, going out to dinner for Vietnamese food, playing with her mini English Bulldog Edith Rose and perusing my favorite shopping destinations for my next must-have hand-bag.
I currently reside in Boston with my husband and my bulldog, Edith Rose. Word on the street is that he’s a very charming and handsome young man..and had a lot to do with the development, and success of this site!
